A variety of clinical services are provided by the Florida Department of Health in Bradford County (DOH-Bradford) and New River Health. Our primary care clinics provide a medical home offering preventative, acute, and chronic care for illnesses.
Services include same-day appointments, extended clinic hours, care coordination services, prescription drug assistance, health insurance enrollment assistance, and more. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and various insurances.
