Mobile Home and Recreation Vehicle Parks

Mobile home and recreational vehicle parks are defined as a place set aside and offered by a person, for either direct or indirect remuneration of the owner, leaser, or operator of such a place, for the parking, accommodation, or rental of five or more mobile homes or recreational vehicles.

Permits are valid from October 1 - September 30, and must be applied for and renewed annually.

Fees

Minimum $100.00, plus an additional $4.00 per space to a maximum of $600.00.
